Q:What kind of food can we enjoy?
A: Japanese cuisine based on seasonal food. The course will be about 8 dishes served in each plate, starts with appretizer, finish with rice and miso-soup, dessert. Mainly fish and vegetables, menu is not fixed because of using fresh food which changes everyday.

Q:What is the difference of each course?
A:The amount of dishes is the same, but the food and the plates will be in good quality.

Q:What kind of alcohol can we have?
A:We have 5 different taste of Japanese Sake, and 10 variety of Sho-chu from Miyazaki. Also, Wines and Champagnes are available.

Q:I don’t have a reservation.
A:It is possible if we have a room, but reservation is recommended to provide a nice time for you.

Q: What is Special Kaiseki course?
A:You can enjoy the seasonal qualified food in Miyazaki.
